20 Year Trucking Vet Wins Truck Center’s Grand Prize

Truck Centers, Inc. (TCI) recently gave away 78 prizes geared toward the professional trucking industry.  he company, a family-owned dealer group representing various Daimler Trucks of North America brands including Freightliner and Western Star, launched the “12 Days of Christmas” promotion last year and brought it back this year. Nearly 500 customers at seven TCI locations across Illinois and Missouri entered to win an array of prizes including gift certificates, safety equipment, winter truck packs, GPS units and sporting event tickets.
            Ron Phares of Springfield, Ill., won the grand prize winner after entering at TCI-Springfield.  The prize pack valued at $900 include most of the gifts previously mentioned plus a flat screen TV, DVD player and power converter for his truck and TCI Truck Bucks for a complimentary oil change service.

            Phares accepted his prize pack from Springfield General Manager Justin Hopkins. Phares has more than two decades of professional experience behind the wheel and is an owner-operator who relies on his Freightliner Cascadia to deliver his freight timely and safely.
