Peach State Freightliner receives DTNA award

Successful Dealer Staff August 20, 2013

Peach State Freightliner of McDonough, Ga. has received Elite Support Certification by Daimler Trucks North America.

DTNA’s Elite Support is a comprehensive support network of dealers trained and certified to provide the highest level of customer service, knowledge, professionalism and service in the trucking industry, the company says. To become Elite Support certified, DTNA says Freightliner and Western Star dealers are required to follow a 129 line item criteria to meet and exceed the needs of the OEM expectations and needs of customer service and excellence.

DTNA says the program involves all areas of the dealership, including service, parts and sales. All facility personnel are trained and have a focus to obtain the best customer service offered.

“Becoming a member of the Elite Support network is a significant achievement and strengthens our commitment to be the dealer of choice to the customers in the markets we serve,” says Rick Reynolds, dealer principal at Peach State Freightliner. “We look forward to other locations becoming part of the Elite Support certification in the near future.”
