CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) will hold an educational webinar June 25 offering advice for dealers and large employers in dealing with the Affordable Care Act.
Titled “Affordable Care Act Large Employer Shared Responsibility Final Rules and Transition Relief,” CLA says webinar is designed for human resource directors, benefit and payroll managers, controllers, or other individuals responsible for the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in their organizations.
CLA says it will discuss the final rules on employer shared responsibility published February 2014, including the transitional relief for some employers that is effective during 2014-2016.
“Many new regulations issued in the last six months could impact an employer’s decision to comply with ACA rules. This webinar will help you navigate the ACA and prepare you for the marketplace changes,” CLA says.
The 90-minute webinar will begin at 10 a.m. CDT on June 25, and will be led by Nicole Fallon, director/consultant at Health Care and Anita Baker, managing principal at Employee Benefit Plans.
