C.R. England shuffles management team

Jason Cannon April 30, 2013

C.R. England announced Tuesday changes to its management team following the death of its former CEO, Wayne Cederholm earlier this month.

Dean England, formerly company President, will now hold the title of Co-Chairman. Chad England, formerly Chief Operating Officer, will assume the title and responsibility of Chief Executive Officer.  Josh England, Chief Financial Officer, will take on the added title and duties of President.

Dean England has worked at every level of the company, and at an early age traveled with his father, Gene England, on cross-country long hauls.

Chad England has been involved in the family business since the age of 14, working in nearly every department and maintains his commercial driver’s license.

Josh England was named C.R. England ’s Chief Financial Officer in January 2013 after previously serving as President of England Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of C.R. England.

“While Wayne Cederholm ’s passing was certainly unexpected, the company has always had in place a strong plan for leadership continuity,” Dan England said.
