Dealer Attitude Survey begins this week

Jason Cannon May 15, 2013

The 2013 Dealer Attitude Survey of Manufacturers will be available to complete online this week.

“Dealer input for the survey is crucial to help truck manufacturers identify challenges and successes,” ATD Chairman Dick Witcher says. “Dealer feedback from the survey can help the manufacturers make better and more informed decisions on issues concerning dealers.”

The greater response rate the more weight the survey results will carry ATD says.

The survey can be submitted online only and ATD says the process has been improved for easier input. Dealers will recieve an email and a postcard with the dealership’s authorization code(s) and new website address to access the survey. The survey period ends June 14, 2013.

If you have any questions, contact Kim Carey or Barbara Robinson with ATD at (800) 352-6232 or atd@nada.org.
