EDA releases white paper on CRM survey

EDA has produced a survey of equipment dealers that shows a wide interest in customer relationship management systems.

Results of the survey are available in EDA’s newest white paper “A Practical Overview of CRM Systems,” the company’s third in its six-part Dealer Marketing 360 series.

EDA says the white paper addresses the following topics:

  • What is CRM?
  • CRM and Your Marketing Program
  • Goals of a Dealer CRM Program
  • Best Practices Among Dealers
  • Implementation and Management

EDA says its next Dealer Marketing 360 installment will be “Market Analysis: A Crucial Building Block to Dealership Success.”
