The redesigned site went live last week in conjunction with an open house.

“We were just going for a new look,” says Five Star Marketing Manager Heather Buda. “Our corporate colors have changed a little bit, and (the redesign) brings all that together.”

The website also added pages for Isuzu and Capacity Trucks, and more prominently features Five Star International’s Idealease services.

For those in the market for a truck, the website features real-time inventory. Visitors can also order parts directly from the website.

“Customers can see what is available and the quantity,” Buda says. “Once the order is placed, it prints off at the parts department so they can be pulled, and the customer never even has to pick up the phone.”

Buda says a companion mobile site will be launched soon.

Five Star International, which has seven dealerships across Pennsylvania, is also getting ready to celebrate its 40 year anniversary.
