“This is a great time for our employees and customers to interact and spend time together in a non-work environment,” says David Turner, New Truck Sales Manager. “This kind of event helps us to build and maintain strong relationships with them. It also helps us to better understand our customers’ needs.”

There were approximately 150 customers and their family members who participated in the appreciation event. Forty of them watched the races from the VIP area, complete with an air conditioned lounge and closed circuit television.

Customers who received the VIP passes included Charles G. Lawson Trucking, Eagle Motor Freight, Southeastern Freight Lines, Airgas and Evergreen Forest Products.
