Established to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, Women In Trucking helps promote their accomplishments and minimize obstacles faced by women working in the trucking industry.
In her current position, Aufdemberg oversees the marketing strategy for Freightliner Trucks, and is specifically responsible for managing business sales tools, promotions, training, industry events, brand communications and interactive initiatives. Aufdemberg has held management positions with Daimler companies for nearly 10 years, most recently serving as manager, Center for Education and Marketing at Thomas Built Buses, Inc.
“The transportation field has been a great place for me to build a meaningful and fulfilling career,” said Aufdemberg. “I am looking forward to working with the professionals associated with Women In Trucking to further encourage and support women in the trucking industry.”
