Successful Dealer Staff August 12, 2014

FITZ-HOGE2(1)Fitzgerald Glider Kits said Tuesday it will feature Hogebuilt fenders as the standard option on all Peterbilt 389 and 386 truck models.

Fitzgerald Glider Kits currently builds around 2,700 units per year and says one-third of them are Peterbilt
trucks.

“We were happy to make this arrangement because not only do Hogebuilt fenders look great but they are the best and made right here in Tennessee,” says Tommy Fitzgerald Jr. “We want to continue to promote American business and we take great pride in our ability to do so.”

Next week, at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Texas, Fitzgerald Glider Kits will unveil a special edition Peterbilt 389 that will feature Hogebuilt’s full tandem mirror finish tear drop fenders. This special edition truck is one of only 10 trucks Fitzgerald will produce this year.

The two companies have also joined forces to cross-promote their products in a marketing campaign to promote the glider kits and the availability of the full line of Hogebuilt fenders in the aftermarket.
