Jason Cannon September 3, 2013

PeteJackson Group Peterbilt has relocated its flagship store to a new 128,000 square-foot facility in Salt Lake City.

The new, full-service dealership includes 2,500 square-feet of retail display space and 70 service bays, six of which are certified for the maintenance and repair of natural gas vehicles.

“Jackson Group Peterbilt has clearly demonstrated its commitment to superior customer satisfaction, dedication to the Peterbilt brand and investment in innovative resources and technologies,” Darrin Siver, General Manager of Peterbilt Motors Company and PACCAR Vice President, says. “Jackson Group Peterbilt has raised the bar on what the industry should expect in a commercial vehicle dealership.”

Jackson Group Peterbilt operates nine Peterbilt dealerships in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. A tenth is expected to open soon in Salina, Utah. The company was founded in 1977 by Eric C. Jackson with the purchase of a small dealership in Salt Lake City. The company is now run by his son, Blake Jackson, who serves as Dealer Principal of Jackson Group Peterbilt.

“This purpose-built dealership allows us to serve customers with greater productivity and efficiency, including natural gas fleets which are a growing industry segment,” Blake Jackson says. “This is a landmark destination that will attract customers throughout the region as they seek best in class accommodations complemented by our team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest possible levels of satisfaction.”
