KEA Advisors, CliftonLarsonAllen create new team

Lucas Deal February 10, 2013
KEA Advisors has joined forces with CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), one of the nation’s largest certified public accounting and consulting firms serving the commercial truck and trailer dealership industry, to provide an all-encompassing advisory services firm for the commercial truck and trailer dealer market.
“We are looking forward to teaming with the professionals from KEA Advisors to serve clients differently. Together we will be able to provide highly specialized services to the commercial truck and trailer dealership industry,” says Scott Gorden, managing partner of CLA’s national dealership team. “Combined, our unique service capabilities will make us the primary trusted business advisor for commercial truck and trailer dealerships and their owners.”
“CLA has a strong presence in and is recognized as a thought leader for the commercial truck dealership industry. Their Federal Excise Tax (FET) hotline, involvement with the American Truck Dealers (ATD) and National Truck Dealers Association, and enrollment in the ATD Truck Dealer Academy is an indication of their solid commitment to commercial truck dealerships,” adds Keith Ely, managing partner of KEA Advisors. “We are excited to enhance the products and services we offer our customers and to do likewise for CLA clients and the industry as a whole.”
The two business officially joined forces last week, and the two organizations showcased their new service plan this weekend at the ATD Convention & Expo in Orlando, Fla.
