KEA Advisors releases two dealer management papers

KEA Advisors has published two white papers, “10 Service Department Best Practices, Part I,” and “Marketing Strategy – Do you need a marketing plan?, Part I” offering advise for dealers looking to improve business performance.

The first paper, written by KEA Professional Advisor Mark Martincic, offers tips for streamlining a service department.

The second paper, written by KEA Communications Manager Wendy Cornell, provides tips for creating and improving a dealership’s external marketing.

Both papers are the first in two-part series on their individual topics.
