Kenworth T680 hits 10K orders

Jason Cannon October 7, 2013

KW_T680Kenworth says its T680 has surpassed 10,000 orders since entering full production 15 months ago.

“This has been one of the fastest Kenworth models to achieve the 10,000 truck order milestone in Kenworth’s 90-year history,” says Gary Moore, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice president. “It’s a testament to the growing adoption of the Kenworth T680 by a wide range of customers operating in a variety of applications.”

Kenworth has received orders for the T680 from major fleets to owner-operators.

The company says the Kenworth T680 is designed to maximize performance in line haul, pickup and delivery, and regional hauling operations. Kenworth initially offered the T680 in day cab or 76-inch sleeper configurations.
