Haldex Releases Clutch Wall Chart, Cross-Reference Guide
Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems recently created a Heavy Duty Clutch Guide Wall Chart and Clutch Guide/Cross Reference Brochure. The wall chart and brochure includes new and remanufactured part numbers, product photos and specifics including number of clutch discs, number of disc springs, maximum torque pounds per foot, flywheel dimension and replacement options. The brochure helps identify a variety of clutches as well as includes a cross-reference guide.

Stemco Duroline Launches Friction Product
Stemco Duroline announces the launch of its high performance friction material utilizing the proprietary “Wave Process” which the company says delivers superior stopping performance, longer life, reduced noise and reduced drum wear.

The company offers a full range of friction products to meet all types of applications. The new product offering includes friction for standard, premium and specialty applications rated from 20,000 to 29,000 pounds. New families of friction include Horizon SP designed for on-highway customers looking for a value-based product; Crest XL for extra life in highway applications; and Vista HP a high performance option for more demanding applications.

Completing the product line on the high end is the Ultra Peak family, which includes UltraPeak BRT for bus, refuse and transit applications and UltraPeak HH for severe, heavy-hauling.

Brake And Light Diagnostic Unit
Square Wheel Industries says it has introduced Express Mobile, a faster, more efficient method of testing the trailer light and air brake system that can fit on mobile service trucks.

With the Express Mobile, all lighting functions and the air brake system (including brake adjustment) can be checked in just two minutes, according to the company. An isolation valve on the unit allows leak down tests on individual air valves.

It uses the radio remote-controlled air brake operation in addition to a complete built-in electrical system scanner. The Express Mobile scanner function allows testing of lighting in sequence (left/center/right) to help isolate shorts or improper wiring. The remote control function turns ‘walk-around time’ into productive diagnostic time.

The Express Mobile has an ABS test switch to control the auxiliary and stop light circuits with the remote. This allows initiation of the ABS self-test from behind the trailer.

Eco-Friendly Cleaner-Degreaser
The eco-friendly Oil Eater Cleaner-Degreaser is said to provide a faster and easier way to keep shop floors clean.

It is said to cut through oil, grease and grime, encapsulating them into a solution that rinses off easily and leaves no residue.

The ultra-concentrated cleaner is water-based, biodegradable, non-flammable and will not harm the skin. It contains no acid, abrasive or petroleum solvents. Oil Eater can be used to clean equipment, engines and tools and also can be used for parts cleaning and pressure washing machines.It is available in 1-, 5-, 30- and 55-gallon containers.
