MHC unveils new app for Android

Jason Cannon May 9, 2013

appMurphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) said Thursday the company has released a locations and services directory application.

Now available now for download from the Google Play store for Android phones, the app is a complement to MHC’s iPhone app, which launched last year.

“Based on the positive responses we received from our iPhone app, we wanted to offer an app for Android users as well,” said MHC Chief Information Officer Jeff Murphy. “Our customers are very tech-savvy and utilize all of the latest innovations to manage their business processes.”

The intuitive app allows customers to quickly find the closest MHC location to their current locations, or final destinations. An interactive map of locations across the country is also accessible. Listings include contact information, hours of operation and available services of each MHC location.

Located across 11 states, MHC is a network of over 90 locations, including 55 heavy and medium duty truck dealers, 36 MHC Truck Leasing locations, four Carrier Transicold locations, and a wholly owned finance company, MHC Financial Services. MHC features Kenworth, Hino, Ford, Volvo and Isuzu trucks.
