Successful Dealer Staff April 2, 2014

PassTime Fleet Finance and Telematics, the fleet division of PassTime and provider of GPS fleet telematics solutions, announces it has partnered with Driving Force Vehicle Rentals, Sales & Leasing to bring its comprehensive Fleet Telematics solution to market as part of Driving Force’s Fleet Management Services.

The new program will offer service, transport, and governmental fleets unprecedented access to PassTime Fleet Finance and Telematics’ solution and professional services. The offer includes comprehensive hardware and software solutions designed for any size fleet, including fleet and vehicle tracking, driver safety, productivity and performance solutions, the company says. With Driving Force’s expertise in supplying vehicles and fleet management services in Western Canada, the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, PassTime’s features such as “always in coverage” satellite data connectivity, lone worker and man-down add-on options, are especially beneficial, the company says.

“PassTime has historically been focused on providing GPS tracking and Automated Collection Technology solutions to the automotive lending industry. We are bringing the experience and expertise we have in offering reliable products and customer service to the fleet space – and partnering with an industry leader such as Driving Force is a perfect opportunity to help achieve that,” says Stan Schwarz, founder and CEO of PassTime.

PassTime says Driving Force has 36 years of experience managing over 10,000 vehicles on their own and their customers’ fleets.

“We continually evaluate the leaders in the fleet telematics market and determined that PassTime Fleet Finance and Telematics has the best of breed plug-and-play hardware, unparalleled vehicle data capture and telematics reporting software. We believe that PassTime is a perfect fit for the superior fleet management and consulting services that Driving Force commits to delivering to our customers,” says Jeff Polovick founder, president and CEO of The Driving Force Inc.
