Reading Truck Body increasing prices

Jason Cannon December 30, 2013

Reading Truck Body says the company will roll out a “modest price increase” Jan. 1, 2014 – its first such increase in two years.

According to our sister site, Hard Working Trucks, the company says primary factors leading to the new pricing structure were the increasing costs of raw materials and component parts.

“Due to economic conditions early last year, we felt compelled to assist our customers through the tough times and hold pricing, but we cannot continue on that path at this point,” says Craig Bonham, Vice President-Sales, says.
