Registration opens for FTR Conference

Jason Cannon March 4, 2013

FTR Associates has opened registration to FTR Transportation 2013: Insights for Uncertain Times, its ninth annual conference being held Sept. 24-26, 2013 at Union Station in Indianapolis.

FTR says attendance to the conference continues to grow. The conference provides the most complete and comprehensive outlook on freight transportation in North America. In-depth information will be presented on all surface freight transport modes and how this data translates to the economy, freight demand, competition between modes, carrier and shipper behavior and demand for new transport equipment, the company says.

FTR Transportation 2013 also features the world’s most knowledgeable presenters and thought leaders on transportation, including transportation expert Noël Perry and noted economist, William Strauss, of The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Presentations, panel discussions, and Q & A sessions allow attendees to engage with more than 40 leading industry speakers who provide valuable insight on the economy and their specific modes of freight transportation, FTR says. There are also numerous events geared towards networking.

To register for the conference and to view speakers and session descriptions, visit www.ftrconference.com. Early-bird registration with discounted costs will be available through June 30. FTR says sponsorship opportunities also are available; please contact FTR for more details. Dates for FTR’s 2014 conference have been set for September 9-11, 2014
