SAF-Holland refines aftermarket business unit

SAF-Holland S.A. has appointed Alexander Geis president of its Aftermarket Business Unit. In addition to his role as president of the Aftermarket Business Unit, Geis also will serve as a deputy member of the company’s Management Board. Geis will continue to serve in his current position as vice president for Aftermarket Sales and Marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Also, Dan Millar has taken on additional responsibilities as vice president of the Americas, Pacific and Asia Aftermarket Business Unit. He will be responsible for aftermarket sales and marketing in this region and will report to Geis. He will be responsible for all other aftermarket related activities such as purchasing, scheduling, warehousing and logistics. Millar’s regional responsibilities include North, Central and South America, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Japan and China.

The strategic profile will now be further refined and focused on international markets. We continue to anticipate dynamic development in the spare parts business.”
