Utility Trailer Sales of N.W. Arkansas recently expanded its current dealership by adding a new 36,000+ sq.- ft. repair and paint facility.
“We are looking to meet the demands of our growing business and are providing our customers with a new state-of-the-art paint and repair facility with the capacity to hold up to 17 trailers under one roof,” says Ed Devero, sales manager. “The recent purchase will triple the size of our current dealership.”
Located on the north side of the current dealership, the new paint and repair facility encompasses a 60 ft. trailer downdraft paint booth and includes all new equipment that is said to meet the needs of a full service paint and body shop.
“We are pleased to see that many of our independent dealers have been experiencing rapid growth and have expanded their dealership to meet those demands,” says Craig Bennett, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co. “This speaks to the strength of our dealer network and the Utility brand.”
Established in 1973, Utility Tri-State, Inc. is a full service semi-trailer dealership with locations in Tulsa, Fort Smith (operating under the name Utility Trailer Sales of N.W. Arkansas), and Oklahoma City. All locations are authorized dealers for Utility reefers, vans and flatbed trailers.
With the new expansion, the Arkansas dealership has hired additional staff and technicians to accommodate a flow of more customers in the future. The dealership’s key team members are Robert Rumsey, general manager of service and parts; Marty Baker, service manager; and Jared Gregory, parts manager. Ed Devero, Dale Seiter and Lewis Alexander remain a part of the team for sales and rental.
