The Walker Group, a division of Wabash National Corporation, announced Friday the addition of Opperman & Son, Inc. to its dealer network.

Opperman & Son is now authorized to sell and service Walker food grade trailers, Brenner and Bulk chemical and specialty trailers, Beall 406 Petroleum and Dry Bulk trailers, as well as Progress Vacuum Tank truck-mounted equipment in California, Washington and Oregon.

“Opperman & Son has extensive expertise in the business and a long history of providing effective transportation solutions to its customer base,” says Jim Miller, vice president of sales and marketing at Walker Group. “We are pleased to welcome Opperman & Son to the team as we enhance our coverage in the Western United States and continue to expand and elevate our dealer network to provide the level of support our customers expect.”

“The addition of these industry-leading brands is a natural fit for our company to expand its presence on the West Coast,” says Marc Opperman, president of Opperman & Son, Inc. “Our customers will have a one-stop shopping experience combining the tradition of quality and performance these brands are known for with Opperman & Son’s expertise and customer service.”

Opperman & Son has locations in Healdsburg and Fontana, Calif. and has provided tanker sales, service and parts throughout the U.S., Canada, and Central America for the past 50 years.
