The event honored 24 transportation professionals including 11 Diamond Certified Technicians, three service department employees, five parts department employees, three truck sales representatives, one business manager and one NAPA parts salesperson.
Each honoree received a leather jacket with the Circle of Excellence emblem to commemorate their achievement. The event also recognized 10 new Master Certified service technicians who will be working toward completing ASE certification to earn Navistar’s Diamond certification.
The Circle of Excellence recognition program is part of Beltway Companies’ Operation: Clearpath, an initiative focused on employee education, career development and recognition. Honorees have met the performance criteria in their department, and progressed in their personal development through education, training or job advancement.
“Our Circle of Excellence event celebrates our commitment to improve the customer experience, our employees’ work experience, and their overall job satisfaction,” says Jack Saum, Dealer Principal.
Saum challenged this year’s honorees to help mentor a peer and provide them with the guidance and leadership that will bring them into the Circle in March of 2016.
“We hope to double the number of outstanding professionals joining Circle of Excellence at Beltway Companies next year,” Saum says.
Micheal Cancelliere, Senior Vice President, Global Parts and Customer Service, Navistar, Inc., was the keynote speaker for the evening.
