The enrollment period for the 2014 Dealership Workforce Study is now open to ATD members.
The study, conducted by NADA and ESI Trends (formerly DeltaTrends), provides dealers with data to make informed recruiting and hiring decisions to meet the challenge of attracting and retaining talented employees. Dealers can enroll as individual dealerships or dealer groups by using a secure, web-based process that involves completing a survey and uploading payroll data.
At the study’s close, participating dealerships will receive a complimentary, customized Basic Report comparing their employee compensation, retention and turnover, work schedules, hours of operation and employee benefits programs to data aggregated on a regional and national basis.
Participants will also receive a complimentary copy of the Dealership Workforce Industry Report, which provides an industry-wide analysis, including workforce and demographic trends, aggregated compensation, retention and benefits data for each region of the U.S.
