Karmak says Healy’s new role is in place to set strategy and develop a human resources agenda that supports and aligns with the organization’s business goals and strategies.
Since joining Karmak in 2006, Lloyd has held positions as the RPM manager, director of customer support, and most recently, director of karmak DS. Prior to joining Karmak, he held planning and management positions in the construction, oilfield and energy industries, the company says.
“I started my career in resource planning, then market research, then human resources as a personnel director. My new role as VP of corporate resources includes aspects of strategic planning, project management, and human resources,” says Healy.
Healy’s top task is to continue to provide Karmak’s customers with level of quality they have come to expect from Karmak, the company says.
“Our customers often cite our employees as Karmak’s strong suit. Our goal is to continue to recruit and develop the very best forward-thinking talent in the industry and focus them on providing value to our customers,” says Healy.
