As Strategic Partnership director, Lebel will be charged with building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth with industry groups, the company says. From OEMs to 20 groups and trade associations to councils, he will strive to understand the continually changing needs of the industry and identify areas that Karmak can help drive the industry forward, Karmak says.
“I am looking forward to the opportunity to strengthen our existing industry relationships as well as build new ones that will support our customers and allow them to leverage Karmak services and technologies to grow and solve business problems,” says Lebel.
“We are fortunate to have had John’s talent and dedication leading the development team over the past several years. He is passionate about the heavy-duty industry and understands the strength and value that Karmak brings to the table. This combined with his extensive experience with our customers over the past 30 years gives him valuable insights into how we can work together with groups in the industry to continue to grow,” says Bill Healy, president and CEO at Karmak.
Lebel will also continue to serve as the vice president of development until that position is filled, the company says.
