Mack Trucks’ customer support and dealer support groups will move into a new consolidated location late next year adjacent to the Volvo Group Americas Greensboro, N.C. campus.
This move will bring these teams into one place where Mack says they will be able to more easily pool resources and better serve customers and Mack dealers.
Occupants of the new Uptime Center will include Mack OneCall, the Remote Diagnostics support team, after-hours dealer support and the dealer operations team. By bringing these services under one roof, Mack says its goal is to reduce overhead costs while providing an improved level of support for our dealer network.
