We opened our nomination process for our sixth annual Successful Dealer Award last month, and thus far we’ve received nominations for nearly two dozen dealers. That’s a great start — a step in the right direction — but we want a lot more. We want every dealer in the trucking industry who deserves recognition to receive it.

If you did read but quickly forgot what it said, the gist of our award program is as follows: The Successful Dealer Award seeks to honor medium- and heavy-duty truck dealers who are successful in business, in tune with their customers needs and proactive in the communities where they do business. This is a comprehensive award, and we seek to recognize dealers who deserve credit for all the great things they do. It is important to us that this award recognize a well rounded, successful business, not simply a high-performing one.
