Brad Prior, Four Star Freightliner Corporate Continuous Improvement Coordinator, says the staff in Valdosta worked hard to meet 129 specific criteria across 19 customer experience areas to become certified.
“Every single employee contributed to Valdosta achieving the Elite Support certification,” he says. “Stephanie Brown, Michael Bush, and Mark Dixon provided outstanding leadership and coordination of our processes along with the physical changes of the location. The pride and commitment from all of our employees helped us achieve success.”
Customers will receive an express assessment of their single service issue within two hours of initial service write-up. Meanwhile, drivers are provided with clean, comfortable facilities and complimentary amenities like fresh coffee and free Wi-Fi while their truck is being serviced.
Four Star Freightliner locations in Montgomery, Ala. and Tifton, Ga. are in the process of becoming certified, which would make all five locations Elite Support Certified.
